There are more options even for "underground" living and/or storage. We are also doing a "container prep" package for those who would like to save money and design/build your own. It includes the container, 3" of closed end cell insulation (R-22.5), interior framing with cedar studs and cutouts where you want the doors and windows, then you build the rest. 1) Barn or GARAGEKeep your horses and other livestock safe in a fire resistant barn. We recommend grade A. These containers are wind and water tight. A high cube is another option. The additional height would make it easier to store large farm equipment. By putting a pair of 40′ containers parallel to one another they form the walls and structure. Then add trusses or a prebuilt steel roof and boom…you’ve got a barn up in a week and save money! With proper planning, you can build a barn structure in no time. Then, if you want to finish out the interior in any way you want!

3) Ingound or above ground poolCustomized shipping containers can be made into swimming pools that the whole family can enjoy! With the proper adjustments, you can creatively design your own pool to fits your needs in or above ground! You can also attach multiple containers together to widen or lengthen your pool.
4) On site officeWorking on a long project away from home? Stay organized and keep your work safe when your not there by putting a door in a shipping container to create a temporary/mobile office or small business. You can also have AC, heat and power!
5) "Man cave" or bar hangoutWether you want to open a bar or put one in your back yard here are ideas to put together your next hangout spot. These containers feature modifications that allow a just walk-in approach but close up at the end of the day.
